Refund & Return Policy

All product sales are final upon fulfillment. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. Once an order has been fulfilled, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order.


Damaged Product or Wrong Order

If your order is damaged or you received a faulty product, you are eligible for re-shipment of your product. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your product and we will make things right. All requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.


Product Not Received In Time

Due to COVID-19 we are not liable for packages once they are shipped out unless you have purchased insurance.


Incorrect Shipping Address 

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please notify us of the requested change immediately, and you will receive an invoice for re-shipping. We are only able to make changes to your shipping address prior to shipping your order. We cannot offer a refund if you notify us after the order has been shipped to the original address.


Incorrect Order

If you made a mistake in your order, please notify us of the requested change immediately as the production of your order often will begin on the same day you placed the order. We are only able to make changes to your order prior to production.

Certification Class Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

You may cancel a Certification Program registration up to 48 hours prior to the date of your original session. If you cancel within such time frame, you will be fully refunded, less a $75 processing fee. If you cancel within 48 hours or less, you will forfeit the entire fee.

No refunds are issued after the session has started.

No shows will forfeit the entire fee.

If you need to reschedule your class, you may do so up to 48 hours before the day of your session for a maximum of ONE time. If you are unable to attend the class you rescheduled for, you will forfeit your class fee.
